Goal-Setting Through Grace

The veil has many hooks to deal with.

Day 3: Goal-Setting Through Grace

Today’s Veil to Pierce

As we move deeper into Week 12, carrying forward the grace-guided planning and the redemption of unknowns from the Passover and Easter unveiling, we now contemplate goal-setting through grace. The deceptive veil of Maya often reappears here, turning our aspirations into ego-driven targets or anxious checklists, where the false self attaches outcomes to self-worth or future security. This veil creates illusions that the eternal life revealed in the lamb and resurrection is separate from our practical goals, suggesting we must strive alone to “make it happen.” In our shared contemplations, this grace-aligned setting counters the veil, echoing the Israelites’ purposeful march after the Red Sea (Exodus 15), where grace turned their deliverance into directed movement toward the promised land of oneness.

Grace’s Revelatory Power

Grace transforms goal-setting into sacred co-creation, revealing Maya’s veil by making the Passover and Easter glory the living foundation for our aspirations. It does not impose rigid targets but inspires from within, as in Philippians 2:13’s “it is God who works in you, both to will and to work.” This power is creative and freeing: grace exposes illusions of self-powered success or fear of missing the mark, dissolving them so our goals flow from the eternal life already awakened in us. Through this, grace fosters harmony: the false self’s outcome-obsessed distortions fade, allowing goals to emerge as natural extensions of the divine essence revealed at Passover.

Contemplative Depth

To set goals through grace, meditate on a personal aspiration or direction for the coming months and observe any Maya veil of striving or attachment still clinging from pre-Easter illusions. Invite grace to align it: in extended stillness, feel the Passover and Easter light permeate the vision — the veil thins, divine inspiration flows, and a profound alignment unfolds. As depth builds, sense the integration: mental pressure dissolves, the heart tunes to the source, and unity infuses every planned step. This practice uncovers layers: attachment to results releases, emotions of pressure evolve into peace, and the soul co-creates with the same grace that unveiled eternal life. Grace leads this with gentle wisdom, turning contemplation into a sacred blueprint, where Maya’s veils of ego-driven goals yield to grace’s truth of non-dual oneness, inspired and effortless.

Applying the Insight

Set goals through grace daily: in planning or dreaming, release attachment and listen inwardly, letting Passover’s eternal life shape the path.
